When you visit the website
This website is a static website. It does not set any cookies, does not use any advertising trackers and does not load any resources from a third-party service. As with any web server, our hosting provider records technical logs (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) for security purposes and to ensure proper operation. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to identify you.
When you write to us
The contact form only transmits the information you enter in it: your name, the means of contact you choose (phone or email), the reason for your enquiry and, if you wish, a description of your situation. This data reaches us by email at contact@ailesetvous.ch and is used solely to reply to you.
When you entrust us with a mandate
In the context of a mandate, we process the data necessary to carry out the agreed procedures. Its use, its retention period and its return are governed by the written mandate and by our terms and conditions. We never collect or store your passwords or your direct banking access details.
Cookies
This website does not set any cookies and uses neither local storage nor browser fingerprinting. No consent banner is therefore necessary.
Audience measurement
If audience measurement is introduced, it will be carried out using a privacy-friendly tool, without cookies and without individual identifiers, and this page will be updated accordingly.
Sharing of information
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. It may be disclosed only:
- to the bodies and institutions concerned by the procedures you entrust to us, and within the limits of the mandate you have signed;
- to partner professionals (notary, fiduciary, house clearance company) where this is necessary for the performance of the mandate, and with your agreement;
- where required by law or by a competent authority.
Data retention
We retain information for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, or until you request its deletion, subject to the statutory retention periods applicable to business records. Data is protected against loss, theft and unauthorised access.
Your rights (FADP and GDPR)
In accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, for persons residing in the European Union, the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, deletion and objection with regard to your personal data.
To exercise these rights, write to us at contact@ailesetvous.ch. We reply as soon as possible.
