ORGANISE service

Prepare today. Spare your loved ones tomorrow.

Organise your important information before it becomes hard to find.

Many people consult a notary to draw up a will, or take out a funeral plan with a funeral home. The purely administrative and practical side of everyday life, however, is almost always forgotten.

Yet this is the main source of stress for heirs: unknown bank accounts, insurance policies that cannot be found, missing information. Over time, documents, contracts, insurance policies and subscriptions get scattered.

Ailes&Vous fills this blind spot and organises your personal and administrative file with you.

Planning ahead is not about expecting the worst: it is about taking care of the people who matter to you.

The format of the file

A secure physical binder and/or an encrypted digital summary, handed to the person concerned. We keep a copy to ensure the follow-up and updating of the file over time.

What the file does not replace

  • Will and inheritance contract
  • Mandate in case of incapacity and advance healthcare directives
  • Funeral wishes and prepaid funeral plan

Ailes&Vous neither drafts nor validates these documents. We organise and accompany you to appointments with the appropriate professionals (notary, funeral directors), and handle the practical coordination once these documents have been drawn up.

Your questions, our answers

Answers to the questions you may have before entrusting your formalities to us.

What happens to my file if something happens to you?

The file does not belong to us: you always keep an up-to-date copy, and we never keep any original documents. If we were no longer able to follow up, nothing would be lost: you or your loved ones already have all the information you need.

Who has access to my confidential information or my passwords?

We never collect or store your passwords or direct access to your bank accounts. We only record the existence of the accounts and where the original documents are kept.

Does this file replace a notarised will?

No. Our personal file brings together the administrative information essential to settling the estate in practice. It complements the will; it does not replace it.

How often should the file be updated?

A light review once a year is recommended. We contact you every year as part of the annual follow-up.
